Our Staff
We are extremely blessed when it comes to our team at Bizzie Lizzies. All of our staff have bags of enthusiasm to encourage children's development and help them thrive. They have a wonderful nature that all of our children adore, many have degrees giving them a wealth of experience in specialised areas, and all of our staff have lots of knowledge when it comes to supporting, nurturing and giving the children the very best start in their education journey.
Sarah
Manager
Sarah has been at Bizzie Lizzie's for 18 years, with all three of her children having attended, and all have loved their time there, her experience in settling children in and helping each transition run smoothly is second to none.
She has an Early Years Degree and is the lead of the curriculum and planning as well as the Safeguarding and SENDco lead, she oversees the general running of the nursery and preschool as well as being highly experienced across both settings and she is often found getting involved in all the fun!
Sam
Deputy Manager
Sam has worked at Bizzie Lizzie's for the last 14 years, and both her children attended and also loved the setting and all the activities and routines it taught them.
As deputy manager and Safeguarding Leads, she covers the day-to-day running of the office, the funding and finances, as well as regularly being part of activities in the different settings and often found warmly welcoming the children in each day.
Kate
Big Room
Kate is currently in her final year of an Early Years Degree and works in the Big Room but happily works across all rooms at Bizzie Lizzie's. She is also one of our SENDco team.
She brings oodles of energy and enthusiasm, she is a much loved by our littlest children and is wonderful at helping children settle in very quickly.
India
Baby Room
India is the latest person to join the team and comes with a wealth of experience, having two young children of her own and a background in care roles.
She will begin her Early Years training soon.
Chrissy
Big Room
Chrissy is part of the Big Room team and brings heaps of fun and nurturing warmth to the setting, which the children adore.
She's Mum to four and Granny to one and has a fantastic imagination, comes up with a whole host of activities and helps the children develop their independence and confidence.
Anna
Baby Room
As Baby Room lead, Anna has lots of experience and is attuned to the babies' needs. As a Mum of one, she has plenty of personal experience as well as having been part of the Bizzie Lizzie's team for many years. Anna is currently on maternity leave.
She has a very calm, gentle and nurturing nature which always helps the babies settle in very quickly.
Meg
Toddler Room
Meg has recently finished her foundation degree in Early Years and is an invaluable member of the team.
She's the Toddler Room lead and is an extremely nurturing and loving character which the children warm too very quickly. She is very attentive to their needs and routines and keeps them having plenty of fun throughout the day.
Zoe
Preschool
Zoe has recently joined the preschool setting at Bizzie Lizzie's and has already formed wonderful bonds with our current class.
She has a huge wealth of experience and knowledge, so she is a perfect addition to ready the children for their transition to primary school.
Tilly
Preschool & Nursery
Tilly is currently nearing the end of her I3 apprenticeship and has become an essential and much-loved part of the team.
She's gained experience across all rooms, has been a fantastic asset for SEND support, and handles the day-to-day administration for preschool.
Becca
Preschool
Another new member to the Bizzie Lizzie's team who has quickly settled in and become a favourite of the preschool children.
She has an Early Years degree, she's focussed on the development of the children through fun and play and will be a vital part of the process to ready the children for primary school.
Julie
Baby Room
Julie is another new member of the team who has slotted in beautifully. She works alongside Anna in the baby room and offers a calm and nurturing environment to help the babies settle and thrive.
As Mum to two and Gran to three, she has a huge wealth of experience, ideas for activities and the skills to help development.
Niamh
Toddler Room
Niamh recently joined the Toddler room team and has become a vital part of the day-to-day running and activities the little ones get involved in.
She's a very attentive and fun character and has quickly become a favourite of many of our toddlers.
Lowri
Preschool
Lowri is a qualified teacher and an excellent addition to the preschool team. Her experience makes her perfectly placed to set up our 4-year-olds to start their full-time education journey.
